Using Hey Customer

Hey Customer is a customer support tool designed to help your business connect with customers. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in ways that are consistent with these terms.

Please don't use Hey Customer to send spam, harass others, violate anyone's rights, or do anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please don't share your password with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, let us know right away.

We may need to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where possible, we'll give you advance notice and a chance to export your data before we do so.

Intellectual Property

Hey Customer and all of its content, including the name, logo, design, and features, belong to us. You're welcome to use our platform to run your business, but please don't copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of it without our permission.

Any content you upload or send through Hey Customer remains yours. By using our platform, you give us permission to process that content in order to deliver our service to you.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep Hey Customer reliable and bug-free, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect. Hey Customer is provided as-is and we make no warranties about its performance or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Hey Customer won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
