We've run businesses. We've bought the CRMs. We've paid for the features we never used. So we built the one we always wanted.
About Us
Before Hey Customer existed, it was just a frustration.
We'd built and run businesses of our own. We signed up for the big-name CRMs, sat through the onboarding calls, and watched our monthly bills climb as we added seats and unlocked features we told ourselves we'd use someday. We never did - not most of them, anyway.
We were getting maybe 30% of the value we were paying for. The pipeline tools were fine, but the moment a customer needed support, we'd switch apps. A document to sign? Another app. Reporting meant exporting CSVs and stitching everything together in a spreadsheet at 11 pm.
The worst part? No single place held the full picture of a customer. Not when they first came in, not what they signed, not the support tickets they opened, not the emails that went back and forth. The history was scattered, and the relationship suffered as a result.
We wanted one place to nurture a customer from the very first handshake through years of support. We couldn't find it, so we built it.
Meet the Founder
Hey Customer is built by Gissela Biganski, one of the founders of Think Yard LLC, and this isn't her first rodeo.
In 2002, Gissela helped co-found BeQuick, a software platform serving the telecommunications industry. The business was bootstrapped from the start, never taking on outside investment, and they grew it over two decades before selling it in 2022. Along the way, the BeQuick team was selected as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award - a reflection of what's possible when you combine deep domain knowledge with a relentless focus on the customer.
Gissela holds a degree in computer science, and brings a background spanning affiliate relations and digital content production, with experience at companies like Travelocity and NBC News before turning her focus to building and scaling software businesses.
We're not a faceless software company. We're made up of multiple founders and people who have sat exactly where you're sitting - running teams, managing real customer relationships, and making tools work that were never quite designed for businesses like ours. That lived experience is baked into everything Hey Customer is.
What We Built
Hey Customer brings pipeline management, documents and e-signature management, support ticketing, email integration, and reporting all under one roof.
One subscription. One login. One complete history for every customer.
That's what we always wished existed. We think you'll feel the same way.
Hey Customer isn’t just software—it feels like an extension of our sales team. We’re more organized, focused, and efficient.
